For the 100 themes challenge, this is 34. Stars. This is an old, OLD character of mine (named, coincidentally, Star ^_^) from maybe...1999 and earlier, and heavily inspired by some lyrics by Panic at the Disco.
This was attempt number two at this drawing and I feel it came out much better than the first. Of course, still not perfect, but that's what practice is for...

Favorite parts of this are the sparklies both between her fingers and in her eyes, and her lips... the shading looks great on her entire face!
